Picked up React + Firebase to ship client work alongside formal education. First production deployments — small business sites, internal tools, lead-capture pages.

Shipped Pizzeria Bestek — real-time ordering replacing third-party delivery. Sub-second order latency on Supabase Realtime. Learned multi-tenant data isolation the hard way.

Multi-tenant SaaS at scale
Built Callidus (clinic management with RLS) and BookBed (multi-tenant booking with iCal sync). Started publishing FlutterFlow Marketplace templates for cross-platform mobile.

AI-augmented delivery
Integrated AI tooling into the full delivery pipeline — research, scaffolding, code review, content. Result: roughly 2× shipping speed against traditional agency baselines, without sacrificing maintainability.
