Local Base. Remote Collaboration.

I am based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Local businesses can discuss on-site or hybrid collaboration; remote projects use the same direct working relationship with a named developer. I build web applications, Flutter apps and websites, with English or Bosnian communication in CET/CEST.

For a remote engagement, we agree meeting windows, written updates and the first deliverable before starting. Location does not change who owns the source code or how the project is handed over. Travel and on-site availability are agreed separately; this directory does not imply an office in every city.

Start with the workflow you need to improve and the systems it touches. Review the project case studies, use the MVP scope template, or start a conversation about local or remote delivery. A useful brief identifies the users, the task they need to complete, integrations and who will maintain the result.
