Introduction

Elpida Solutions is a licensed real-estate agency in Serbia. The assignment was to turn an existing dove-and-house identity into a credible digital presence for property sales, rentals, relocation support and company cooperation.

I worked across visual direction, responsive frontend implementation, localization architecture, contact flow, technical SEO, production verification and handover.

The Challenge

The company needed to look established and trustworthy without losing the warmth of its existing identity. The hero had to carry a cinematic visual idea, yet remain usable on small screens, slower connections and motion-sensitive devices.

A public design poll made the central judgment visible: the more dramatic direction received 90% of 21 votes, but the quieter second direction was selected because it fit Elpida's logo, brand identity and desired first impression more honestly. The goal was not to win a popularity contest; it was to represent the client accurately.

The Solution

Cinematic brand system. The final hero combines a restrained black, ivory and gold palette with a warm architectural scene and the dove motif from the identity. Separate landscape and portrait media preserve the composition instead of forcing one crop across every screen.

Locale-ready Next.js architecture. The App Router generates Serbian, English, German, Greek and Russian locale routes from one shared structure. Serbian remains the approved source language while the other dictionaries preserve route and content parity until approved translations are supplied.

A complete company website. The build includes the homepage, company profile, service detail routes, contact page, privacy and terms pages, sitemap, structured data and agent-readable Markdown versions of public pages.

Production contact flow. Netlify Forms is routed through a server endpoint with origin validation, honeypot handling, field limits and rate limiting. The site is manually deployed so production is never published from an unreviewed working tree.

Outcome

The result is live at elpidasolutions.rs/sr as a fast, server-rendered company website with a recognizable visual identity and a practical route from first impression to enquiry. The responsive system uses dedicated media, stable viewport sizing and reduced-motion handling rather than treating mobile as a scaled-down desktop.

The project also produced a documented operating system for future work: client decisions, deployment rules, responsive breakpoints, security checks and handover responsibilities are recorded alongside the code.

Conclusion

Elpida Solutions shows why design direction is a business decision. The most visually aggressive concept was not automatically the right one. The final experience succeeds because the brand, content, motion, localization and operating model support the same promise: trust in every square metre.
